CA certificates
To validate user certificates, the complete certificate hierarchy (CA and root CA) is checked. To do this, these certificate types must be contained or installed in the certificate memory of your application (e.g. browser).
If the CA or root CA certificate of your application is still not available, you can download it via the "Details" button. Please also check the fingerprint in addition to the certificate content.
Only after this is done can all certificates that are attributable to the shared business CA and the superordinate root certification authority be verified.
You can approve the CA or root CA certificate for various applications (e.g. secure e-mail, server authentication) in your security settings. You can change or undo these settings at any time.
